On December 21, 2022, Elizabeth R. Jensen notified Gibraltar Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intent to resign from her position as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective January 13, 2023. Ms. Jensen is resigning to pursue another opportunity. The Company intends to fill the vacancy created by Ms. Jensen's departure in due course, when it identifies an appropriate candidate.
